We provide a range of speech therapy services, including but not limited to assessments, individual therapy sessions, group therapy sessions, consultations, and teletherapy. All services are delivered by qualified and licensed speech therapists.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

• Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our online booking system.

• Rescheduling and Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur the full session fee.

• Session Duration: The duration of each session is as per the booked time slot (e.g., 30 or 60 minutes).

4. Fees and Payment

• Payment Terms: Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payment platforms.

• Package Payments: Full payment for therapy packages is due in advance to avail of discounted rates.

• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges.

• Information will only be shared with third parties with the client’s or guardian’s written consent, except where required by law.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients and guardians are expected to participate actively in the therapy process.

• Timely attendance and adherence to the therapy plan are crucial for effective outcomes.

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their health and medical history.

8. Therapist Responsibilities

• Our therapists will provide professional, evidence-based services tailored to each client’s needs.

• Therapists will maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards at all times.

• Progress will be regularly reviewed, and goals will be adjusted as necessary.

9. Liability

• While we strive to deliver the highest quality of care, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from therapy.

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the therapy relationship at any time with appropriate notice.

• Refunds for pre-paid packages will be prorated based on the number of sessions used.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

• Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
